Jobs - Junior Designer
We are looking for a Junior Designer to join our team in Shanghai, China, someone who is searching for an opportunity to learn and grow with the company and who is enthusiastic about the industry.
What you will be doing:
- You will have a vital role in supporting every project so you will be able to gain experience in a variety of fields from illustration and visual design for mobile games to UX design for complex web applications
- You know how to replicate and extend a existing style and are not afraid to bring in your own ideas.
- You will work hands on directly with the Senior Designer and a team of developers in a collaborative environment to execute work and provide design support.
What you need:
- Good standard of spoken and written English
- Good Photoshop CS/ Illustrator CS skills
- Ability to create flowcharts and wireframes and sketch mockups fast
- Ability to replicate and build out a existing visual style
- Good Illustration skills in a variety of styles
- Ability to design icons, logos and graphics for games
- Ability to create developer friendly files in photoshop for assets in development
- Stay updated on the latest trends in visual style and information architecture and for the mobile market and web applications
It would be cool if you had:
- experience and knowledge of usabilty
- basic knowledge of CSS, HTML or Actionscript
- experience working on interface design for mobile and web applications
